Billing Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Miniexcvator.shop. These Billing Terms & Conditions govern all purchases and financial transactions made through our store, whether online, in person at our location (768 Montgomery St, Jersey City, NJ 07306), or via direct order.


By making a purchase or placing a deposit, you agree to the following terms:


1. Payment Methods

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Cash
  • Major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
  • Bank transfers (for approved commercial accounts)
  • Financing through third-party partners (subject to credit approval)

All payments must be made in U.S. dollars.


2. Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise specified. Final invoice pricing includes any applicable taxes, delivery fees, or add-on services.


3. Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure the purchase of a mini excavator, especially for pre-order, custom, or out-of-stock units. Deposit amounts vary (typically 10%–25% of total) and are non-refundable after 7 days unless the unit is unavailable.


4. Invoicing

Invoices are issued at the time of sale or delivery. Full payment is due according to the agreed terms:

  • For standard purchases: Payment in full at pickup or before delivery.
  • For financed purchases: As per the lender’s payment schedule.

5. Late Payments

For accounts with extended payment terms or financing arrangements, payments overdue by more than 15 days will incur a late fee of 1.5% per month (18% APR) on the outstanding balance. Continued non-payment may result in repossession of the equipment.


6. Taxes and Fees

All applicable state and local sales taxes will be added to your invoice unless a valid resale or exemption certificate is provided in advance. Delivery, setup, and extended warranty fees are billed separately if applicable.


7. Refunds and Cancellations

  • In-stock units: No refunds after purchase. Exchanges may be considered within 7 days with restocking fee (15%).
  • Special-order units: Non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Deposit cancellations: Refundable only if the order has not been processed (within 7 days of deposit).

8. Ownership and Lien

Title to the mini excavator remains with Miniexcvator.shop until full payment is received. We reserve the right to place a lien on the equipment until all obligations are satisfied.


9. Disputes

Any billing disputes must be reported within 10 days of invoice date. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
