5. Is there a warranty on the machines?
New units come with the manufacturer’s warranty. Pre-owned units may include a limited 30- to 90-day warranty, depending on condition and model. Extended warranties are available upon request.
6. Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we offer delivery services throughout New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and the surrounding Tri-State area. Delivery fees vary based on distance and equipment size. Contact us for a quote.
7. Can I inspect the machine before buying?
Absolutely. We encourage customers to visit our Jersey City location to inspect and test the equipment in person. For remote buyers, we provide detailed photos, videos, and live walkthroughs via phone or video call.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), bank transfers, and financing. Full payment is required before pickup or delivery, unless other terms are agreed upon.
9. Is the deposit refundable?
A deposit (typically 10%–25%) is required to hold a unit. It is refundable only within 7 days of placement, provided the unit has not been ordered or prepared for delivery. After that period, deposits are non-refundable.
10. Do you service the equipment you sell?
Yes. We provide maintenance, repairs, and parts for most major mini excavator brands. Our technicians are experienced and equipped to support your machine long after purchase.
11. How often do you get new inventory?
