At Miniexcvator.shop, we stand behind the quality and reliability of every mini excavator we sell. Warranty coverage depends on whether the unit is new or pre-owned, and in all cases, proper use and maintenance are required to keep the warranty valid.


New Mini Excavators

All new mini excavators come with the manufacturer’s limited warranty, typically covering:

  • Engine, hydraulic system, and major components
  • Duration: 1 to 2 years (varies by brand and model)
  • Mileage/Hour Limitations: Based on manufacturer terms (usually up to 1,000–2,000 operating hours)

This warranty is transferable to the buyer and serviced through authorized dealers and service centers nationwide.


Pre-Owned Mini Excavators

Warranty availability for used units depends on age, condition, and remaining factory coverage. We offer:

  • Limited 30-Day Warranty (standard on most units)
    Covers major mechanical defects in engine, hydraulics, and undercarriage.
  • Extended 90-Day or 6-Month Warranty (available for select units or for an additional fee)
  • As-Is Sales: Some older or high-hour units may be sold “as-is” with no warranty. This will be clearly disclosed before purchase.

What Is Covered?

Under warranty, we will repair or replace defective parts at no cost to you, including:

  • Engine failure due to manufacturing defects
  • Hydraulic pump or valve malfunction
  • Structural weld failures
  • Electrical system defects

What Is Not Covered?

The following are not covered under any warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., tracks, buckets, hoses)
  • Damage from misuse, overloading, or improper maintenance
  • Fluid leaks due to lack of servicing
  • Modifications or aftermarket parts
  • Routine maintenance items (oil, filters, greasing)

Warranty Claims Process

To file a claim:

  2. Provide proof of purchase and equipment details (model, serial number, hours used)
  3. We will assess the issue and direct you to an authorized service location or schedule repair at our Jersey City facility

Repairs must be pre-approved by Miniexcvator.shop to qualify for warranty coverage.


Extended Warranty Options

We offer extended protection plans (up to 2 years) for both new and qualifying pre-owned units. Ask our team for pricing and coverage details before purchase.
